i couldnt enjoy time with family on Sundays because I knew i had so much i wanted to do before monday. and in turn, i always felt restless.because as much as i wanted to relax sometimes, i couldn't. i never really "completed" a list because as soon as one thing was checked off, i replaced it with another.
